Mainsail Development Group, based in Tampa, Florida, is thrilled to open this boutique luxury resort and spa on Scrub Island in the British Virgin Island chain. Over 10 years in the making, we have been able to purchase Scrub Island and completed all infrastructure - all utilities (water desalinization plant, electrical power and sewage facility) which most other Caribbean developments have not considered. The Marina, Marina Village area as well as several residences are open and welcoming guests. Scrub Island is owned by a small group of individuals forming the ownership group named Scrub Island Development Group (SIDG). We are are being very careful about the development of this beautiful island. Our vision for the island is to create a place where privacy and comfort meet the ambiance and unique qualities of the environment.
